I remember one instance when I went home very frustrated. I had just been replaced as a clerk in a voter registration exercise due to having misplaced my identity card. When I went home, I noticed our pet, a funny dog called Quro, develop frown lines across his forehead. He avoided me for good measure and I understood it was because of my disposition. The next few hours were enough to reorientate his thinking after my grave countenance subsided and he turned back to his former flirtatious self.
