Home grooming is somewhat necessary when you have long haired breeds. I have a Shih Tzu and it's expensive to spend so much on grooming. Sure, a good pair clippers may be expensive but it's a great investment for owners who need to pay constantly for grooming services, so are the shears used in this video.
