Wow. I'm totally appalled at the terrible customer service at petmountain! I'm sure you all noticed the price increase at petstore.com so I tried petmountain. I paid for faster shipping on two orders and both were delivered late. Not only did they not refund my shipping but I was flat out called a liar! Petstore.com would NEVER do this. Petstore.com has always bent over backwards to right even the smallest error!

My Personal experience of shopping at PetMountain.com. Overall - 5 out of 5. Excellent. Price - 5 out of 5 Their price is indeed one of the lowest you can find. I always shop around so I can confirm that you usually won't be able to find any lower prices than theirs. You can save quite a lot of money if you buy from them often. There is no need to pay sales tax when you order from Pet Mountain (exclude California). The shipping is free when it is over $75. Sometimes there is a coupon code for free shipping over just $50. Selection - 4 out of 5 Although they have a large collection of products from varies of manufacturers, they can't have everything. I was looking for certain hot products, and I found a few brands are missing entirely from their web site. Don't let this turn you down. They aren't having less items than other online shops out there. No shop can have everything. I mostly bought aquarium supplies and equipments. They also have a good selection of medications including antibiotics I used to treat mouth rot on my fish. They have supplies for all major pet species. Shipping - 5 out of 5 Pet Mountain usually ships the order on the very next business day. Typically it takes no more than 5 business days for the items to arrive at my door from the time I placed an order online. I live in North Michigan. Customer Service - 5 out of 5 I never had a problem with any of the products I ordered from them. Although I had to email them to ask a few questions. They always got back to me on timely manner. I am satisfied with their customer service.
