Can I put either of these in a tank that has:
Neon Tetra
Small Angelfish
Catfish
Bristle noise

Both Red Tail shark and Rainbow shark in the wild are generally peaceful, but they can be aggressive in a home aquarium environment. Especially toward smaller fish. Most people consider them semi-aggressive. You should place them in a fish tank with fish of similar size.
Also, your Angelfish will eventually grow bigger. And their natural food is Neon Tetra.
Catfish is such a broad name. What exactly species are we talking about here? Pleco will be really huge, and not very suitable for most home aquariums. Corydoras catfish, on the other hand, is adorable and you can have a school of them in a medium sized (30-gallon+) fish tank.
