Hi-tech to the rescue of hot dogs. - Victor Leigh - 08-22-2012

I have read about horror stories of dogs that died after being left in the cars. Under the hot sun.

That nearly happened to two Jack Russells, Monty and Scrappers, owned by Victoria Davidson. After the harrowing incident, Mrs Davidson came up with a device which works like an alarm to alert owners who have left their dogs in the car. The device will send a text message to the owner when the temperature in the car reaches a certain level.

Have you ever left your dog in your car before, under the hot sun? What do you think should be done to avoid such dangerous incidents?
