Dressing up for Halloween?

I have a friend who loves dressing her dog even when it isn't Halloween. And the dog seems to love it. He would dress in different shirts and vests and that dog would pose while sitting or lying on top of his favorite chair.

I think it's okay, but at the least have the dog wear something appropriate for its gender.
