That is a cute video. Yes, all of my cats have followed certain toys or especially lasers like that with their eyes and heads moving in unison. It's pretty funny.
What I love is seeing one of the cats actually go after a fly or other flying bug. We had one cat in the past that was an incredible leaper and never failed at catching anything. She was really amazing. She never tired until she caught and ate her prey!
