RE: How much do veterinary services cost where you live?
I live in central florida, and I use a variety of veterinarians. I have a variety of different animals, so I use the vet that best fits the service I need done, with the necessary experience, at the lowest price I can find from someone with the necessary experience. The office visit/consultation fee varies from $40-$80.

I just had to take my poor male cat in for a urinary tract infection, it was $39 for the office visit, $27 for the urinalysis, and $36 for the antibiotics, (that was after I couldn't find anywhere to get them cheaper quickly). So $102 out the door.

And, after the meds, and some adjustments in the way we care for him, Nermal (the afflicted cat) is doing much better. Cool
