I Haven't Seen Any Rat Owners On Here Yet

I have never had a rat as a pet. Some white mice, yes. As it is, there are enough rats running around outside already. Big ones. Some are so big that my cats would give them a miss. I did look up on rats as pets. Some are really cute. Like this one:


Are there any particular breeds of rats which make better pets than others?
