New kitty

My cousin just got a rescue cat. A male siamese youngster, a lovely cutie pie.
Although a kitten would have settled in and learned the routine of her home easier, she wanted a rescue cat, and Sir George, his already given name caught her eye. I would love to get Sir George a welcome to the family gift, besides the usual squeak toys, cat treats and scratching posts. Anyone have any unique ideas?

Does he have a cat condo? I think I posted a tutorial in another thread on how to build one.
