That idea is way off base. I would be rich if it were that simple. I just tossed a shed yesterday so I can't get you a picture. All of the items you have above are tanned skin, the same way you would leather from cattle. Meaning those snakes died to provide that skin. Or fake snake skin, which is common too. Snakes only shed an outer layer of their scales, the outer layer of skin. Mammals do the same thing, in tiny particles, typically called dander. So their "skin" is very much intact. Shed skin is very very thin, generally clear to yellowish, sometimes depending on the actual snake there may be a bit of darker colour left from a pattern, but nothing like you have above. That is a whole skin removed from a snake. Here is a pretty good picture I found online of a shed skin.
