Hi Krishna, welcome to the forum!
Your budgie has laid quite a lot of eggs! To answer your question, it usually takes around 3 weeks for the eggs to hatch. From the time after the first egg was laid.

To check if the eggs are fertile or not, put a flashlight against it to see if there is red veins developing inside the eggs. If you see the veins, it is fertile.

Good luck on getting the chicks. Please update the information and share photos with us. Wink

RE: budgie eggs hatching
The only things you can do is to provide enough food, and clean water, some organic veggie, as well as let the cage settle in a relatively warm and quiet place for minimal interference. Then let the budgies do the rest. It is in November, the chicks might die if the weather there is too cold. If there is too much noise (from the first hand experience), the budgies might even push the eggs and chicks out due to them thinking it is not an ideal condition to breed.
