Though I have more cats than dogs, I don't prefer one over the other. I love both of them. In fact, I love all kinds of animals. Ever since I was a kid, I have had a soft spot for them. I grew up to my dad and grandfather raising chickens, ducks, and goats in our backyard. I played with them more than my neighbors actually. Now, I own three cats, and the rest of the family has six dogs! They all get along, so I am very happy about that.
Though cats can be snobs at times, they are also very sweet. They would snuggle up to you when you least expect them to. On the other hand, dogs are very loyal. They would protect you when you are in danger, and they would yip and jump in joy whenever you come home.
