Pet Supplies Plus seems to be one of those chains where they stores use the chain name and get their merchandise from the chain's warehouses, but the stores are individually owned and operated, so they can vary in quality and what they offer. I have always been very happy with the three in the Milwaukee area. When I compare to the local PetSmart and Petco, I find their prices are generally cheaper too.
