Oh goodness, puppy mills, don't ge tme started. It is such an awful thing to see. I knwo a woman who just took in a female standard poodle. She was only allowed outside 1 hour a day, no one played with her ever. She just birthed puppies and that was it. She now lives with a family who loves her, takes her out and she even has a male standard for her companion.
