I would not purchase it. I think most dog owners are pretty good at understanding their dog's emotions. It not hard to tell if a dog is afraid, unhappy, happy, being friendly or being aggressive.
A dog will usually let the owner know if it's hungry or needs to go out, but a good owner should make sure that the dog's needs are being met and it is not unhappy, uncomfortable or afraid.
