For me, my dog has a different relationship with everyone at home. With my dad, Charlie sees him more as a disciplinarian and tries not to get in his way. You can tell that she knows he is the head of the house. With my helpers, Charlie acts a lot more playful but sometimes doesn't listen to them. She tries to get away with chewing slippers and they usually have to run after her and she hides under the bed. With me, she comes for comfort. She gets excited every time I come home from school and when I come from a night out, she gets up from the couch to sleepily greet me, wait for me to pat her on the head for 2 minutes then goes back to the couch.
