Bunny was seen after the typhoon itself passed, but then disappeared again, and though the family searched and searched, Bunny was not to be found.
Almost a year later, the family was driving through the city where they live, and spotted a starving stray dog scrounging at a dumpster, and the dog looked like Bunny ! !
Barely daring to believe that it could be their lost Bunny, they called her name, and were overjoyed when Bunny heard them and came running up, badly wanting to be held and cuddled by her long lost family.
What a wonderful story of this family being reunited with their lost dog ! !
Stories like this one, brings happiness to me. I mean really, anyone who has ever lost a "runaway" pet, or been in a situation like the one you described in you post understands how sad we all feel. I think if someone has never experienced the special relationship between themselves and a special pet may have a difficult time understanding the emptiness that happens. It must have felt like a dream or miracle for this family to be reunited with their Bunny! Thanks for sharing such a feel good story.
