We brought our dogs a small red kong toy years ago. I liked the idea that you could put treats or a special spread inside it. However our dogs weren't that interested in their Kong and preferred their cuddly squeaky toys. The Kong ended up unused and ignored.
However I do know of some people whose dogs love playing with their Kong, so it depends on the dog in question.
