We have 3 litter boxes so I would definitely have to upgrade the number of littler boxes we have to the amount of cats like you said. Really appreciate the help, thank you.

My guess is she wants her own space.
However, sometimes a cat will stop using its litterbox because they have a urinary tract infection, bladder infection, kidney infection or other medical issue. It wouldn't hurt to have her checked out.
We do have more than one litter box, but we are probably going to have to get more to equal the amount of cats we have. Hopefully after doing this we'll see if it improves if it doesn't then we will be sure to have her checked out. Thanks for the help.
