Vacation for pet owners

My recommendation to you both is that you find someone who likes animals as much as you do, but doesn't currently have pets of their own. Get to know this person so that you can be comfortable with them as your pet nanny. However, having a cat or a bird at home is not the same as having to get home and walk/let the dog out. You could easily leave for a day and not have to worry about a cat without the need of a sitter.
