No idea about that actually.

However from what I have observed about dogs, they normally would stay out of the striking range of whatever they are barking at. Plus with two dogs going at it together, the bear would be torn between deciding which one to attack.

The other thing which I have noticed about dogs is that they seem to know how to use a circling kind of manoever to handle situations like this.
