Scotty, are you sure they're the ones that like to dress up? Haha. That's hilarious. So cute!
Babble64, Tia looks like my Gorgeous, don't you think? I love torties!
Gorgeous is the tortoiseshell on the left. She's currently 11 and the daughter of a stray kitten we picked up several years ago. She's a sweet cat that loves hugs. If I start petting her while she's on a desk or table, she will reach up, latch onto my shoulder, and pull herself into a hug. She's also very enthusiastic about food and will let me know any time her food dish gets low. She refuses to eat unless the dish is at least half full. I call her my hairstylist because she loves licking people's hair She's always trying to groom other cats and dogs, too, but nobody seems to appreciate it much!
Princess is on the right. I adopted her from a Humane Society shelter around 13 years ago when she was six months old. I was told she was a Himalayan, but as I understand, a cat that's not purebred (i.e., that doesn't have papers) is best described by coat and coloring, not breed! That doesn't stop every vet I've gone to from listing her down as something different. Last I heard, she's a ragdoll She's a very sweet, mild-mannered cat and spends most of her time following me, either sitting on my lap or watching me from her cat tree. She's also pretty adventurous and has tried sneaking past the door on several occasions.
This is a rather old photo of them (5 years), but it was the only one I had at hand where they're both together. They look pretty much the same now, except that Princess has gotten slightly slimmer over the years. She was never a very big cat to begin with.
This is Louie. (My mother wanted to name him Louis John de Catastrano in honor of the saint of similar name whose feast day we found him on.) We found him outside of our elementary school when my little brother was in first grade. The teacher had brought him in so he wouldn't get squished by cars, and as we'd just lost a different grey tabby my mom couldn't part with him. Louie is about 8 years old (I hope I'm doing the math right -- brother is a high school junior this year)
Also he's ridiculously photogenic and hands-down my favorite photog subject.
This is a picture of my cat "Bandit" when he was around 8 weeks old. He was found abandoned by the Dumpster near the party store down the street from us. He's about 10 months old now. When we first got him, he only weighed a couple of pounds, was pretty skinny, and fit in the palm of my hand. Now, he weighs almost 10 pounds, and I have to use both hands to pick him up. I'm pretty sure he's done growing. He outweighs both of the older cats now. Our other male cat "Nova," weighs over 9 pounds, but still weighs less than "Bandit." Our female cat "Champy," only weighs about 6 or 7 pounds. He's a big boy, and pretty soon, he's getting neutered. Thought I'd share a picture of my new cat with everyone. He's a sweet big kitty. I'll try to upload a newer picture of him later, so you can see how big he's gotten.

Heres a picture of our older male cat "Nova" with "Bandit" when he was about 8 weeks old. Now, that little kitten outweighs him by a little bit. They don't get along as great now as they used to. But, they tolerate each other ok.

This is a picture of our cat "Zelda." Sadly, she passed away last July. She was hit by a car and the injuries were so severe that we decided to have her put down. It was a difficult decision to make, but it was what was best for her. We miss her a lot. But, we moved on and took in that little kitten "Bandit." I like to think, that's what "Zelda" would have wanted us to do.
I don't have any good pictures of "Champy" yet, but I'll try to get some good pics and upload them soon.
I thought it appropriate that my first post introduces my kitten:
This is Castiel, she's 10 months old. I got her when she was 2 months old, but the photos from that time are on my other computer I will have to post them at another time. She got her name after the angel Castiel from the show Supernatural, but that had proven to be wishful thinking because she is much more demon-like just kidding, she has some non-angelic moments occasionally, but she's the sweetest kitty I have ever owned (and I owned plenty). She likes to curl up underneath my blanket when I'm asleep, and generally loves sleeping on top of people I call her my little singer because she has a very pleasant voice and likes to talk to me in this weird musical-like meowing. We sometimes talk for hours at a time.
The small black & white girl is the oldest. Her name is Poe, and she is 5 years old. We named her after the ghosts from The Legend of Zelda (we were playing a lot of Wind Waker around the time we got her from the shelter). The calico is named Tam, after Simon & River Tam from Firefly/Serenity. She is the "middle child". Ned is the large orange tabby. He is the youngest, and is 3 years old, named after Ned Stark from A Song of Ice and Fire. They're a handful, and don't always get along as well as these pictures make it seem! We love them, though, and wouldn't trade them for anything.
I have three cats: Sookie, Chi, and Pochi. All three of them are rescued cats. I found Sookie hiding in our garage. She was very dirty, and she was pregnant and ready to give birth. Chi and Pochi were posted at an animal welfare group. I can say that I am very proud of them even if they hate baths!
Great pics!
Here's a shy Russian Blue kitten, Kitty, discovering grass, trees and bigger space: Kitty girl album. The breed has a very mild character, indeed ))
This is Irene, who would probably prefer being an aunt to being a mother.

This is Heather, Irene's half sister. Last year they gave birth to a total of ten kittens in one nest box and reared them together. Heather's were healthy.
And this is Ivy...technically Irene's and Heather's aunt, but she's three days younger than they are and, after they started eating solid food, they were brought up together.
Here is one of Tinkerbell. She like to hangs out on daddy like this a lot. She is just too cute. No one ever told her that the arm of the camping chair is not a hammock! lol.
Most pictures I have of my sweet Scarlet are from her kitten days!
She's about three times that size now - she's grown big and fluffy!
Despite her huge size she still loves to sleep on my laptop like this, haha. She takes up more than the entire keyboard now, though! I still let her sit there sometimes and give her a good petting once in a while there. I think she likes the heat that comes off the laptop fan.
Here's the most recent picture I took of her! This is from a couple of months ago. Even since then she's grown a bit more. I still think of her as my sweet little baby though. I adore her.
