When super Typhoon Haiyan struck the Philippines last year, everyone in the path of the typhoon had to flee for their lives, and many animals were left behind; some never to be seen again.
Bunny was seen after the typhoon itself passed, but then disappeared again, and though the family searched and searched, Bunny was not to be found.
Almost a year later, the family was driving through the city where they live, and spotted a starving stray dog scrounging at a dumpster, and the dog looked like Bunny ! !
Barely daring to believe that it could be their lost Bunny, they called her name, and were overjoyed when Bunny heard them and came running up, badly wanting to be held and cuddled by her long lost family.
What a wonderful story of this family being reunited with their lost dog ! !
