Would you keep a kangaroo as a pet? Why? Why not?

I'd love to but I think that's impossible, haha! Kangaroos have strong limbs and keeping them as a pet would be dangerous, just like keeping a tiger is. Maybe kangaroos wouldn't bite you but kick you twice as hard! Even though they are dangerous I could just stare at them the whole day - I can't help but to fall in love with those cute animals! Since I don't live near a place that has exotic animals like that, I can only watch them through a screen and get my heart broken because I know I can never pet them.
