Yes they don't sweat, but they still release heat through their skin, just not as good as us who can sweat. Any extra clothes outside their fur would still make them feel hotter. The amount of fur they have is already adjusted to their natural need.
That picture is ridiculous lol. If someone wants a little girl so badly, go have a daughter or adopt one.
