As If we didn't know. Studies say Pets are good for the heart!
They say that owning a pet is 'probably' associated with a decreased risk of heart disease and may also be associated with other benifits, some being: lower blood pressure, cholesterol levels and a lower rate of obesity. We knew pet's helped our mental health, now we know they help our physical too.
