I'm sorry if I didn't understand your question correctly, but I'm going to try my best. It was a bit hard to understand what you were asking. What I've gathered from your post is that you're wondering how often you should feed your python.

Firstly, congratulations on getting your first snake. I do not have a snake and haven't for a very long time, but I have plenty of friends with snakes. After talking to my friend, she let me in on a bit of information about your question. Smaller snakes are usually eating one to two times a week. Surprisingly, bigger snakes will eat about once a week. I suppose they do not need to eat as often due to being fully grown. I also read online that female snakes will eat more during their breeding season.
