I've been "hay bombed"
Before I went to bed last night I followed by usual routine of cage cleaning (chinchillas and hedgehog) which consists of a quick wipe down, taking out old hay and food. I follow that with a feeding consisting of a snack for everyone and refilling food and hay. I then clean up in front of the cages, as you all know hay seems to migrate to the floor across the room somehow Dodgy

Usually following this routine I have not problems...usually.

I got up this morning and I could swear they set off a hay bomb in their cage and in front! There is hay all over the cage (which of course dictates that I have to clean it now or they will use it as a potty then eat it) and all over the floor in front...and 5 chinchillas that I swear are pointing at each other...
