Funny Cat
My DSH Tabby cracks me up. When I'm on the computer, I usually keep either my Bengal or Tonkinese with me, with the door closed so the Tonk can't get at the Bengal. The tabby sometimes will stand at the closed door, crying and crying. Often times when I open the door, he has brought down one of his two most favorite toys from upstairs and he leaves it at the closed door. I'm not sure what the meaning of this is, but it MUST have some kind of special meaning to him! He goes to a lot of trouble to drag one of these 2 rather large toys all down the stairs, through the hallway and around the corner to the back bedroom!
Is he saying, "I'll let you have my favorite toy if you let me in!"? Big Grin

RE: Funny Cat
That what it seems like! the closed door is the key, he thinks he's missing out on something. I can't go into the bathroom without one or both of my two boys having to come with me. And if I do shut them out, they sit outside the door and cry. Its like having little kids in the house still! Mom can't do or go any where without having a little shadow trailing behind.

I don't know what does exactly your cat mean, but from my some personal experience maybe your cat like your room, I used to have a cat he love to be in my room. and maybe your cat bring toys to play with them

RE: Funny Cat
My cats want in the bathroom with me too! It's always a super big deal to see who gets to come in with me! They're so funny. The two pure breds have to always be separated, so one of them has to come in with me when I go in, and sometimes the DSH gets to come in too. He can go in with either of the other two cats. But if he goes in with the Tonk, the Tonk usually has to attack him if he gets the slightest bit of attention from me. There's times the DSH will sit outside the door on top of the table and rattle the handle and cry. Sheesh - yes, they're like little kids!!! And does yours get up to mischief as soon as you're on the phone?!?! My Tonk sure does!!!
Undecided
