This dragon butterfly is Keena, who was bred by one of my friends Smile

And this is George, a double tail mustard gas that I raised. Thisone is still young so not all of the orange color is in yet Smile

Nice betta!

Although I have never had one myself, but from what I've seen so far I like halfmoon.

Do you have any experience in breeding them?
I imagine it would be a nightmare since you can't have them in the same tank once they get a little bigger.

Very nice. You are making me miss having fish.

Maybe you should start it again. Smile

Keeping a single betta doesn't require much at all.

Just get a minimal 5 gallon tank. 10 gallon would be better and actually does not cost much more. You can get a 10 gallon glass tank for around $12~14, while a 5 gallon tank would cost around $11. So I'd rather get a 10 gallon unless the space at home is an issue.
The rest things you need are simply a heater and a filter, a thermometer. Air pump is not required with betta, since they breath air.
Easy to take care off, and you will have a dog in fish's body. Cool
