What do you do with your pets when you are traveling?

I would agree that it is probably a bad idea to give your pets to someone with small children. Their own children will obviously come first before someone else's pets. If you have to let someone to take care of your pets temporary, it might be a better idea to have someone who live alone, or retired. Either way, someone with a lot of free time and does not have something else important to divert their attention.

That particular person will have to
1. love pets too
2. very friendly to you that is willing to follow your exact instructions
3. while being very responsible
