I'm sorry I'm a bit late answering this Jess. I haven't been on in awhile. How old are they? And how big? What is your enclosure like? (Temps, type of basking area/specific temp, UVB, cage type, etc...)
Young beardies (under a few months old) dehydrate very easily, and won't always take to drinking from a dish. They should be soaked/bathed at lest twice a week. Personally, I go with every other day. The amount, and type, of UVB plays a big role here as well. But my first guess is,if your housing them together, that one is more dominant, and the other one is eating less because of it. This is very common with beardies. It can range from one just not eating, to one actually attacking the other to the point of injury.
