Hello tess, I am not able to see your images. Could you please provide the correct links?
Where do you live? Nope, I am not asking for your address. Just need to know which state to get a good idea on the weather conditions there.
How big is your pond? It is the best to know how many gallons of water it can hold. So we can get a good idea on how many fish and what kind of fish you are able to put in there.
A fish pond should be set up similar to an aquarium. It will need a filter system running 24/7 to get rid of the ammonia. Unless you have a huge pond with tons of plants but only a handful fish.
Koi is probably the number one choice for an outdoor pond. The choices for outdoor pond fish species are actually very limited. I am not sure why, maybe it is because they can easily turn into invasive species unlike the tropical fish species.
