Just like us fellow mortals, pets accumulate waste products of metabolism and free radicals in their bodies. Nowadays, there is a tendency to rely on ready made pet food bought from stores. In most cases, this food is not organic and has preservatives like bromates which are treated by the body as toxins. There have been cases of recall of pet food due to contamination and thousands of pets are paid to have died. One challenge of a detox programme for a pet is that most aren't veggie lovers especially dogs and fasting them is out of the question as it would amount to torture. But I believe there are products and programmes out there that are geared towards the same. Is there anybody out there who has a strategy or know of products that can detox pets to improve their health and longevity?
