Found a baby bird, what to feed it? Urgent help needed!

Hmmm, this is tricky. Try getting some worms and slightly crushed insects at first, and attempt to feed it that way. Just hold them out or set them in front of the bird and hope that it eats. If it doesn't go for bugs, try some seeds and fruit. Also, give it a dish of water.

Unfortunately, the bird's chances of survival are low without knowing the species and why it was found on the ground in the first place. It could have a broken wing or been kicked from the nest by its parents.

So definitely give it water, and then try feeding it some easy foods like I mentioned. Keep us informed.
