I don't think this type of pet is for everyone. While they may be cute, you still need to have the proper set up for them. I think this is the type of pet people get before they have researched and then they are disappointed soon after.
I have a teenaged relative who wants one. She thinks it would be cute and fun, but doesn't think of the work involved.
