Are you afraid of big dogs?

I am not afraid of dogs based on the size. I do however pay attention on the dog's reaction as I approach or pass by. If they show aggression or move toward me, I may be on my guard.

The only time I got "scared" was one day I walked passing someone's backyard on sidewalk. That backyard was at higher ground with fence. Suddenly a dog barked at me from within the fence and it was literary right beside my ear. I never saw it coming. That could have killed someone with heart problem.
