Recipe Ideas?

So I'm not a very good cook at all. Well not so much that I'm not a good cook, I just don't know how!! I live with my boyfriend now, and I would like to cook dinner more often. It seems we eat the same meals all the time; tacos, pasta, burgers, chicken breast. I'm looking for some simple meal ideas that are easy to prepare and taste good. I've looked online, but there is so much out there I would like to know ones that are proven to be good and easy! Thanks!
