The funniest break-up letter

An angry woman who caught her boyfriend cheating had left one very unusual break-up letter. I laughed when I saw it.

Funny aside, do you think it is legal for what she has done? Stealing is stealing. She even confessed it all, and her own letter is the proof. He could have very well sued her and the law might be on his side since cheating isn't illegal, while stealing is.
