If you have a saltwater fish tank, what fish will you get first?

I've never known anyone with a large snowflake, but I have seen large morays of other types. They seem to have a personality, at least for a fish. I knew someone who had a moray that would come out to see him when he came into the room, and would almost eat out of his hand. There were old videos of a guy who went to the great barrier reef a few times a year, and the same moray would come out to see him. Very odd. Maybe it was used to divers and came out for most divers, but it was a cool thought none the less.
