What is your dogs favorite activity?
Gizmo loves to play with squeaky toys, until he is able to dismantle the squeaker that is. Bring a new toy into the house, squeak it once and it will play with until it never makes another noise. Then once desqueaked he will but it behind the sofa, which we refer to as the squeaker graveyard. Sometimes Gix, our other dog will go on to completely rip it to shreads, if it doesn't make it to the grave yard first.

Gix, loves to play outdoors doing anything. Fetching, chase or jumping into the creek. It doesn't matter as long as he's outside he is a happy pooch.

When my dog was younger, she used to love running around. As she got older, her favorite thing to do was sleep and eat. Though even as a young pup, she didn't really like going outside. Right now, our pets like to eat, sleep, go to the bathroom, drink water from the tap and that's pretty much it. Ah, the life of pets!

That's funny about the squeaker graveyard, Pocs. My brother's dog is a squeaker dog. He attacks and kills toys that have them. We finally figured out that he won't do it to grunting toys.

Misha has two favorite activities (besides eating). She loves taking her daily walk. She really looks forward to it. She'll lay down by the front door as I get myself ready. If it's a rainy day, if I can get her out for just 5 minutes, she is much more happy.

Her other favorite activity is playing with her hedgehogs. She likes to play alone. What she does is she suddenly grabs one from the toy pile and throws it across the room. Then, she picks it up and runs full speed down the hall. She'll play by herself like this for about 5 minutes. It's kind of nice having a dog that can entertain herself. It's hilarious to watch her throw her toys across the room. Sometimes you have to be watchful because she can throw them pretty far.

Our beagle loved to get her back scratched. In fact there was one spot on her back that when you scratched it she would start kicking her back left leg on the floor repeatedly and look up at you with this big cheese grin.

Then she happened to discover that the box springs were low enough under our daybed that she could scratch her own back under there. So she would sometimes go under there for like an hour and have a blast scratching her back over and over.

@ohiotom

Sounds like you have not only a smart pooch but a resourceful one too.

I wouldnt call it a activity put Gizmo will also bring the tv remote to us. No training really, we were looking for it one day and he just popped up with it. Ever since then if we say "remote", no matter where it is he'll bring it.

My dog's favorite activity... Hmm, that would be barking aggressively at strangers and peeing everywhere to mark this and that as his (Buchi).

Chooey, on the other hand, loves seeing people. She will stand up and walk with her two hind legs simply to get a stranger's attention thinking that this stranger may have treats.

Peanuts is a squeaker and ball dog. Although she's also a rodent dog who loves killing things and bringing it to my room as her trophies.
