Wow. I wonder if it has happened before, considering they recorded it. That is one tough cat though, must have felt pretty confident knowing that's his house. Our cats have gotten into fights with raccoons and the result is not pretty. Even our rooster once got in a fight with a raccoon. My grandma feeds the raccoons at her house with dog food and one night when staying up there in their trailer I heard them hissing at each other. They make some nasty noises! I had always thought of them as cute, but, they are rather viscous.
