Beer for Dogs?

There's this new beer out. It's called Bowser Beer and it's made for dogs. Yes, folks! You heard that right. It especially caters for dogs.

I'm a little confused. Why would someone make something like this. I mean, it's like the invention of cigarettes.

It's not alcoholic nor is it carbonated, by the way.
