Actually my animal heroes were my stuffed animals. My favorite was my stuffed Koala and then, also my stuffed Panda. I guess there were more personal to me than the animals on TV. My parents didn't get a TV until I was 10 years old and so, my early memories of my favorite animals were my own stuffed animals. We didn't get a pet until I was older.
