I think homeless people that have pets are VERY selfish! I also know of one that has a dog and it ticks me off. That poor dog is always hungry and cold in the winter time. I really think they should give their dog to someone who can properly take care of it. How unfair for the poor dog to suffer! They did not ask for that kind of life... =( It breaks my heart!
