Depends how experienced a saltwater fishkeeper you are and what the tank was set up to hold. Flicking down through the pics I noticed a manderin dragonette. A very beautiful species and almost impossible to keep in a normal hobbyist tank. Seahorses are another species. Unless kept in a species only tank they are extremely difficult. In a species tank however, providing the right conditions are met they will thrive and can breed in the tank.
