Does your dog act sad before you leave to go somewhere?
Our Yellow Lab pouts and puts on the most pathetic sad face and sulks when he sees us getting ready to go sowewhere. He will lay down and barely make eye contact with us and every once in awhile you hear him sigh.
He knows when we all put on our boots, coats and other winter gear that we are headed out without him. Poor guy. We try to talk to him and he won't even wag his tail.
Now, when we get dressed to go out to take him to play in the backyard, he gets all excited. We don't even have to say anything, but when we say " Boo, do you want to go out to play"? And he will fly over to the door and his feet keep tap dancing on the floor.
Dogs are too cool, so much fun. Do your dogs act differently when you get ready to go somewhere?
