The compassion that dogs have for other animals can sometimes be amazing ! This video was taken in Thailand (maybe at some kind of a fish market ?) and it shows several fish laying on the ground with just a trickle of water running past them.
The dog can plainly see the fish are suffering, and even seems to understand that they need water; and he valiantly tries to put water on the fish to save them, using his nose.
We often see these kinds of caring efforts from dogs, some trying to rescue other dogs, or even a cat. But who would have ever thought that a dog could understand that i fish needs water to survive ? ?
