Pocket Dogs

I assume it must be mostly women who want to follow Paris Hilton. As a guy, I wouldn't try to be someone else.
To be honest, I had seen one woman carrying a dog. There is no way I can image a guy do the same unless a woman forced him to.

Stuffed animal aren't the same as a real one lol. But your suggestion was funny. I think it would make those people who carry dogs feel silly if they carry around a stuffed animal like that in public.
